Plese be informed that there is a Proposed Development of a Condominium project in the Lot 46, the land next to Copthorne Orchid Hotel Penang. This project is a luxurious condominium consisting 4 parcels of a 41 story Building. Please note work schedule from the Developer concerned as follows:
-Site clearing and forming of building platform will last through the end of March 2005.
-Work below ground which includes foundation and pile caps. Hand Bile Piling will be used which has minimum sound affect. This will take place through the end of July.
-Work above ground which consists of building frame, interior and exterior fitness, fittings and M & E work will take place July 2005 to December 2005.
-External infrastructure, will take place January 2006-November 2006.
